Marist Mission Ranong (MMR) joins the Burmese Migrant Football Competition

Chanel Community Centre organizes a football team for the first time. They are composed of Burmese Migrant workers from the different types of job (laborers, fishermen and factory workers.) MMR Fr. Damian Dempsey plays as a goalkeeper. 

The aims of this are to establish a good relationship with the migrant workers, to develop camaraderie and unity among them and let the name MMR be known to them and in Ranong in general.
